Shipping Policy

Valley Fuel Injection & Turbo ships diesel fuel injection parts and accessories to customers throughout the United States from our facility in Woodland, California.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may not ship until the following business day. If a product is not in stock we may contact you and reach out about an estimated delivery date.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship via UPS and USPS. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- UPS Ground: 3–7 business days (varies by location)
- UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days (smaller items)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Rates are provided in real time by our carrier partners.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us for a custom quote.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at (530) 668-0818.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before discarding anything.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (530) 668-0818 or through our contact form.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
