Shipping Policy

Effective Date: October 2026

Valley Fuel Injection & Turbo ships diesel fuel injection parts and accessories to customers throughout the United States from our facility in Woodland, California.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific may not ship until the next business day.

In-stock parts ship from our Woodland shop or from a partner warehouse. To keep your order on time, some parts may ship directly from the warehouse that has them.

If a part becomes unavailable after you order, we may offer a backorder date or cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order we cannot fill, with a full refund.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship via UPS and USPS. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

  • UPS Ground: 3–7 business days (varies by location)
  • UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days (smaller items)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Rates are provided in real time by our carrier partners.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us for a custom quote.

Alaska and Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii by UPS. Checkout shows the UPS rate for your address. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer than the estimates listed above.

Fuel additives do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

UPS delivers to a street address, not a PO box. If a PO box is all you have, call (530) 668-0818 before you order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at 530-668-0818.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before discarding anything.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 530-668-0818 or through our contact form.
  3. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
