Valley Fuel Injection & Turbo, Inc. is committed to providing the highest quality remanufactured diesel fuel injection components. We back our products with industry-leading warranty coverage.
Warranty Coverage
Remanufactured Diesel Injectors & Injection Pumps: 12 months / unlimited mileage from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. 30 days for the electrical parts.
Electronic Parts & Sensors: 30 days from the date of purchase. Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components, warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship. Electronic parts that have been plugged in, connected, or installed are not eligible for return — only for warranty replacement if defective.
All Other Parts & Accessories: 30 days from the date of purchase. This includes gaskets, hardware, fuel system components, and other non-electronic parts. Coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship.
Alliant Power Products: Alliant Power products carry their own manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims on Alliant Power products will be processed through Alliant Power’s warranty program. Contact us for assistance with any Alliant Power warranty claim.
Third-Party / OEM Products: Products manufactured by third parties (Bosch, Stanadyne, Denso, Delphi, etc.) that are sold as new OEM parts are covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy. VFI will assist you in processing warranty claims with the manufacturer.
What’s Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Premature failure under normal operating conditions
- Parts that do not meet OEM specifications
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accident
- Damage resulting from contaminated fuel, water intrusion, or lack of maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Parts installed in applications they were not designed for
- Consequential or incidental damages (labor costs, towing, rental vehicles, lost income, etc.)
- Parts that have been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Valley Fuel Injection
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us by calling (530) 668-0818 or submitting a request through our contact form.
- Provide your order number, the part in question, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Our team will review your claim and provide instructions. In most cases, you’ll need to ship the part back to us for inspection. The customer is responsible for return shipping on warranty claims.
- Once inspected and approved, we will ship a replacement part at no charge or issue a refund at our discretion.
- Please allow 2–4 weeks for inspection and processing after we receive the returned part. Some claims may require manufacturer evaluation, which can take additional time.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Claims submitted after the warranty has expired will not be honored.

Include your order number and a written description of the issue inside the box. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance. VFI is not responsible for warranty returns lost or damaged in transit.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Valley Fuel Injection & Turbo’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product and does not extend to labor, installation, towing, or any other incidental or consequential costs.
