Genuine Alliant Power AP63812BJ — a brand-new HEUI fuel injector, not a rebuild, for the BJ and BG code medium-duty Navistar engines. Alliant Power is the exclusive supplier of new original-equipment HEUI injectors for this family, built on the same line as the factory part and supplied with the copper chamber gasket you need to fit it.

These engines are unforgiving of a tired injector. Hard starting, a miss that will not clear with a fuel filter, white smoke on a cold start, low power under load, or a cylinder-specific fault code all point here. We run a full HEUI bench in Woodland, so if you are not certain which holes are down we can test what you pull before you commit to a set of six.

Serial number breaks matter on this one. The DT466E and I530E both changed injectors mid-production, and the ranges above are the ones this part covers. If your engine serial falls outside them, or the code stamped on your old injector is not BJ or BG, call us before ordering — we would rather point you at the right part than sell you this one.
