What Is a Diesel Injection Exchange Program?
An exchange (or core exchange) program is straightforward: you buy a remanufactured injector, pump, or turbo at a set price that includes a refundable core charge. Install the reman unit in your customer’s vehicle. Send the old part (the “core”) back to us. Once we receive a rebuildable core, we refund the core charge.
For shops, this means you do not need to keep expensive remanufactured inventory on the shelf or wait days for a customer’s specific unit to be rebuilt. You get a ready-to-install part now, and you settle the core later.
How the Exchange Program Works

Every reman injector and pump is bench-tested and calibrated on our Bosch EPS 815 test equipment before shipping. Install it with confidence — it is ready to go.
Pack the old part in the same box and use the included return label. Cores must be returned within 30 days. See our return policy for full core condition requirements.
Once we receive and inspect the core, the core charge is refunded to your original payment method. Simple.

Core Requirements

Trade account holders get extended core return windows and reduced core charges. If your shop does regular injector or pump work, a trade account pays for itself fast.
Turnaround & Shipping
In-stock exchange units typically ship same-day for orders placed before noon PST. We ship nationwide via UPS and FedEx, and a prepaid return label for the core is included with every exchange order. Most shops have the reman part on the bench within 1–2 business days.
