The Stanadyne 27333 is a new, genuine Stanadyne pencil injector (pencil nozzle) for older John Deere 300 Series diesel engines. It fits the 3.152, 3.164 and 4.219, and also the 3.179, 4.239, 6.329 and 6.359 where the engine was built with this nozzle. John Deere sells it as AR89564, which replaced AR89563 and AR88239. It carries a blue color code. You need one per cylinder: 3, 4 or 6.

Pencil injectors are replaced for hard starting, smoke, knocking, rough running, low power or leaks. Replace them as a set so opening pressures match across cylinders. John Deere lists more than one nozzle for some 300 Series engine models and tractors, so match the number and color code on your old injector. Old injectors stamped 27334 take this 27333.

Confirm Fitment Before You Order

Stanadyne cross-reference tables list other nozzles for turbocharged 300 Series engines, such as 27336 (AR90024, green) and 26993 (RE37503, white), and John Deere lists those on some of the same 3.179, 4.239 and 6.359 engine models. Send us the number stamped on your old injector, or the engine model and serial number from the engine tag. Call 530-668-0818 and we will confirm the exact match at no charge before anything ships.
