Call for Pricing

The Stanadyne 06320 is a new, genuine Stanadyne DE10 injection pump, model DE2635-6320. It is the electronically controlled rotary distributor pump for John Deere 6068T (turbocharged) and 6068D (naturally aspirated) 6.8 L engines built with the DE10 system. John Deere sells it as RE568067, which replaced RE518164, and its John Deere reman equivalent is SE501237. It supersedes Stanadyne 06249 and 06257.

Pumps are replaced for hard starting or no start, low power, rough running, fuel leaks, or damage from water or dirt in the fuel. The DE10 is controlled electronically, so rule out wiring, controller and fuel supply faults before you condemn the pump. The 6068H takes a different pump (Stanadyne 06321), and the 4.5 L 4045 uses 06322 or 06323.

Confirm Fitment Before You Order

Stanadyne 06321 (DE2635-6321, RE568069) is the 6068H pump, and 06322 (RE568070) and 06323 (RE568071) are for the 4045. Send us the RE number or Stanadyne model number from the pump name plate, or the engine model code and serial number from the engine tag. Call 530-668-0818 and we will confirm the exact match at no charge before anything ships.

Fits / Applications

  • John Deere 6068T 6.8 L turbocharged engines built with the Stanadyne DE10 pump
  • John Deere 6068D 6.8 L naturally aspirated engines built with the Stanadyne DE10 pump
  • John Deere 6615, 6715, 7220 and 7320 tractors with the 6.8 L DE10 engine (John Deere lists pump RE518164, now RE568067, for these tractors)

Install and time the pump by the John Deere manual for the DE10 fuel system (CTM331) or Stanadyne installation instruction IT-117, which the Stanadyne spec sheet calls for. Fit new fuel filters, prime the low-pressure side, and cap every open line and port while the pump is off. Never steam clean or pour cold water on a warm injection pump; John Deere warns it can seize internal parts. Check the pump harness connection and clear stored engine fault codes after the swap.
