Kubota’s workshop manual for its 03-M-DI-E3B engines (which covers the V2403-M-DI) lists a two-stage opening pressure, first stage 18.64 to 20.10 MPa (2703 to 2915 psi), and says to replace the nozzle assembly, not shim it, if it tests out of spec. Replace the injector seals, torque to the Kubota spec for your engine and bleed the fuel system after installation.
