2011-2016 Chevy/GMC 6.6L Duramax LML Right (Passenger) Fuel Rail | Bosch F00RL00591 New
Bosch F00RL00591 is the new right bank (passenger side) high-pressure fuel rail for the 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML and LGH. GM sells it as 12620532, and both numbers are printed on the Bosch label. It fits Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks, and Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana 2500 and 3500 vans with the LGH diesel, which GM lists from 2010 to 2016.
This side is a bare rail. It has seven threaded high-pressure ports and a plugged end, with no sensor or regulator. On the LML both of those are on the left rail, Bosch F00RL01027. Rails are usually replaced after a CP4 pump failure or any other contamination, because a rail that has seen metal will feed it straight into new injectors.
Confirm Fitment Before You Order
Left and right LML rails are different parts: the left rail is Bosch F00RL01027 (GM 12651989) and carries the sensor and regulator. This rail does not fit 2006-2010 LBZ or LMM engines or 2017 and newer L5P engines. 2010 vans are a split year: 8th VIN digit L (LGH) takes this rail and 6 (LMM) does not, so send us the VIN and the number off your old rail and we will confirm it. Keep every port covered until its line goes on. After a CP4 pump failure the rails are one part of a full repair: pump, injectors, both rails and the high-pressure lines are changed together, or the debris comes back. Use the GM service procedure and torque values for the line nuts.
