This is the new Bosch high-pressure fuel rail for the 6.7L Cummins in 2013 through 2018 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups. It replaces Cummins 5295117 and Mopar 68210146AA. Bosch made the original rail, and the Cummins number 5295117 is printed on the label next to the Bosch number.

The rail comes with a new rail pressure sensor and a new pressure relief valve installed. It looks almost the same as the 2007.5-2012 rail but carries a different pressure sensor, so the two are not the same part. Replace the rail when the relief valve bleeds fuel back to the tank, or after a pump or injector failure has sent debris through the high-pressure side.

Keep every port capped until the lines go on and keep dirt out of the system. The sensor and relief valve are already fitted, so nothing needs to be moved over from the old rail. Use new sealing washers on the relief valve return banjo. If the rail is being replaced after a pump or injector failure, deal with the rest of the high-pressure side at the same time so debris does not reach the new parts.
