This is the Bosch 0986435577, a common-rail fuel injector remanufactured by Bosch for the International MaxxForce 13, the 12.4L inline six, on 2010 and up engines. It is the exchange version of the new Bosch CRIN3 injector 0445124010, also listed as 0445124011. It replaces Navistar 3005783C92 and 3007640C93 and the Navistar remanufactured number 5010732R92. The engine takes six.

Check the fuel filters, the supply pressure and the rail pressure first, because a weak high-pressure pump gives the same complaints. The 2010 and up MaxxForce 11 and 13 were built with two different Bosch injectors, and parts listings do not all agree on which engine takes which, so order by the Bosch number on your old injector and not by the engine name alone.
