This is the Bosch 0445117010, a new genuine Bosch piezo common-rail fuel injector, not a rebuild. It fits the 6.6L Duramax LML in 2011 to 2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks. The LML is the engine with 8 as the eighth digit of the VIN. It replaces GM 12620534, 19256590 and 19421169, and the Bosch remanufactured version of the same injector is 0986435410. The engine takes eight.
Rough idle, a miss, smoke, hard starting or a balance rate out of range point at a worn injector. Each new injector carries its own flow rate code, and that code has to be programmed into the engine computer after installation. If the CP4 pump has failed and sent metal through the fuel system, new injectors alone will not last, and the whole high-pressure side has to be dealt with. Express and Savana vans and some Silverado and Sierra chassis cab trucks have the LGH engine (VIN code L) instead. The LGH takes a different injector, Bosch 0445117008.
