Bosch 0445120255 is a new Bosch common-rail injector, not a rebuild, for the 5.9L Cummins ISB in 2003 and early-production 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks. It covers the 305 hp high output engine and the standard output engine of the same years. It replaces Cummins 5263318, Mopar 5086894AA and R8004082AC, and the earlier Bosch numbers 0445120018, 0445120113 and 0445120210. Sold as one injector; the engine takes six.

The remanufactured version of this injector carries Bosch number 0986435503. We list that one separately as a Bosch Authorized Remanufactured injector rebuilt by Valley Fuel Injection & Turbo, and both fit the same trucks. The later 325 hp engine, 2004.5 to 2007, takes a different injector, Bosch 0445120238, so check a 2004 truck before you order. Hard starting, a rough idle, a miss under load or white smoke are the usual complaints. Dirt and water in the fuel are what kill these injectors, so change the filters and plan on new connector tubes when the injectors go in.
