This is a new, genuine Kubota alternator assembly, part number 1G355-64010. It is Kubota’s current number for alternators 17490-64010, 17490-64012 and 17490-64013, which Kubota dealer lists rate at 45 A. If your old alternator carries one of those numbers, this is the part Kubota now supplies in its place.

We list this alternator by part number, because we could not confirm its engine list in two catalogs. Kubota sells look-alike alternators in other outputs, so the number on your old unit is the surest match. Before you replace it, test output at the alternator with a good battery and check the belt and the wiring.
