2014-2019 Ram 1500 & Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0L EcoDiesel Right Fuel Rail | Bosch 0445216043 New
Bosch 0445216043 is the new right side high-pressure fuel rail for the 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 in the 2014 to 2019 Ram 1500 and Jeep Grand Cherokee. It is the original Bosch rail and it comes with the rail pressure sensor fitted. It replaces Mopar 68148329AB, which itself replaced 68148329AA.
Shops replace this rail when it leaks at a fitting, when the sensor port is damaged, or after a high-pressure pump failure has sent metal through the fuel system. The left side rail for the same engine, the one that carries the pressure control valve, is Bosch 0445216044 (Mopar 68148330AA). The two rails are not interchangeable.

Cap every open line and port while the rail is off, and keep dirt out of the high-pressure side. After a high-pressure pump failure, replace both rails and the lines and flush the system, or the new parts will be contaminated again.
