2011-2012 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke Super Duty NOx Sensor Module | Alliant Power AP63603 New
This is the Alliant Power AP63603, a new NOx sensor module for the 2011 and 2012 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty with the 6.7L Power Stroke. It replaces Ford BC3Z-5K202-D, the number that took over from BC3Z-5K202-B and BC3Z-5K202-C. It is a direct replacement part for the factory exhaust aftertreatment system.
The NOx sensor module reads nitrogen oxides in the exhaust so the truck can meter diesel exhaust fluid correctly. When it fails the truck sets NOx sensor or SCR efficiency codes and can start a speed-limit countdown. Bad DEF, an exhaust leak ahead of the sensor or a wiring fault set the same codes, so test before you replace it.
