This is the Alliant Power AP63522, a new EGR valve for the Ford 6.7L Power Stroke in F-Series Super Duty cab and chassis trucks, the narrow frame models. It replaces Ford BC3Z-9D475-C and Motorcraft CX-2404. It covers model years 2011 to 2016. It is a direct replacement part for the factory exhaust gas recirculation system.

The 2011 to 2016 6.7L uses two different EGR valves, and the split is the frame. Narrow frame cab and chassis trucks take this valve. Wide frame pickups take AP63523. A valve that sticks with soot or has a failed actuator sets EGR flow and position codes, and the truck can run rough or lose power. Check the EGR cooler and the connector before you condemn the valve.
