This is the Bosch 0432291492, a new mechanical fuel injector for the Iveco-built 2.9L three-cylinder and 3.9L four-cylinder engines in Case IH JX and New Holland TD, TN and TT utility tractors. It is a complete nozzle and holder assembly, not a rebuild. It replaces CNH and Iveco 504054021. Parts books and catalogs list it for the Case IH JX55, JX60, JX75, JX80, JX90 and JX1060C and the New Holland TD60D, TD75D, TD80D, TD90D, TN60A, TN60DA, TN60SA, TN60VA, TT55, TT60A, TT75 and TT75A, plus the TK80A and TK80MA crawler tractors.

Bosch sets the opening pressure at 260 to 272 bar. A tired injector on these tractors shows as black or white smoke, a miss at idle, hard starting and a loss of pull under load. These tractors came with three and four cylinder engines, so count your cylinders and order that many. Earlier builds of some models used a different injector: one catalog shows a serial number break on the JX75 and an earlier Tier 1 version of the TT55 and TT75 with another nozzle. The NEF engines (F4GE and F4CE) in Case backhoes and New Holland TS-A tractors take other injectors, such as Bosch 0432133779.
