This is the genuine Bosch 0432193433, a new nozzle and holder assembly for the FPT (Iveco) F5A and F5C 3.2L four-cylinder engine with mechanical injection. Case calls the same engine the 432T/M3. It replaces CNH and Iveco 504275234 and the older CNH number 504264798. Catalogs list it for Case 420, 430, 435 and 445 Series 3 skid steers, Case 121E, 221E and 321E Series 3 compact wheel loaders, Case IH Farmall 65C, 75C, 75A and 80, and New Holland T4020, T4030, T4.65, T4.75, Workmaster 65 and 75, L185 and C185. The full list is below. It is a mechanical injector: nozzle, spring and holder in one body, fed by a separate injection pump, with no solenoid and no wiring. It is new, not a rebuild, and it is sold outright.

It fits the mechanical 3.2L engine only. Tier 4 versions of the same tractors run a common-rail engine and take a different injector. Hard starting, white or black smoke, a rough idle, fuel knock or a miss that follows one cylinder point at a worn nozzle or a weak spring. A mechanical injector can be pop tested on the bench, so test the old ones before you replace a set of four. Fit new sealing washers and keep the lines capped until they go on.

Fit a new sealing washer under each injector and torque the hold-down evenly. Keep the inlet and the nozzle tip capped until the lines go on. No coding or programming is needed on a mechanical injector.

Catalogs list it for the Series 3 (Tier 3) versions of those four models and for the 420CT and 445CT, all with the 3.2L engine. The 440, 450 and 465 Series 3 have the 4.5L engine and take Bosch 0432133761 instead.

What numbers does it replace?

CNH and Iveco 504275234 and the older CNH number 504264798. CNH also sells its own remanufactured version as 504275234R. Bosch prints its number with spaces, 0 432 193 433, on the injector body.

Does it fit every New Holland T4 or Case IH Farmall with a 3.2L engine?
