Flush or replace the oil feed line, check the oil drain for restriction, change the engine oil and filter, clean the charge air cooler and piping of oil and debris, and prime the turbo with clean oil before the first start. Use new gaskets. Inspect the low-pressure turbo and the interstage piping while the system is apart.
