This is the Alliant Power AP0028, a new seal kit for the high-pressure oil stand pipes and the front port plug. It replaces Ford W302209, W301386 and W301390.
Alliant lists it for the 2003 to 2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke in the F-Series and Excursion, the 2004 to 2010 E-Series, the 2006 to 2010 4.5L LCF, the 2003 to 2007 International VT365, the 2006 VT275 and the 2007 to 2010 MaxxForce 5.
Alliant’s note says the kit reseals one side, so order two to reseal both sides. In the box, as Alliant lists it: two small, two medium and two large high-pressure D-rings, one large backup ring and two medium backup rings.
