This is the Racor PFF4595, a new fuel filter element. It replaces Ford FD4595 and Navistar 1822631C91.
Racor’s application guide lists it for the 7.3L T444E Power Stroke and lists a second element, PFF4596 (FD4596), for the 7.3L as well. Check which one your filter housing takes.
Alliant’s page names the Ford F-250 (1994 to 1996), F-250 HD (1997), F-350 and F-Super Duty (1994 to 1997) and the E-350 and Econoline Super Duty (1994 to 1998).
