2004-2006 International / Navistar VT365 6.0L V8 Diesel EGR Valve | Alliant Power AP63459 New
This is the Alliant Power AP63459, a new EGR valve, not a rebuilt one, for the International / Navistar VT365 6.0L V8, model years 2004 to 2006. It replaces International 1846296C91. It is a direct replacement part for the factory exhaust gas recirculation system.
EGR valves on these engines stick with soot and oil. A stuck valve gives a rough idle, black smoke, low power or EGR position codes. Look at the EGR cooler and the intake for coolant or heavy oil before you fit a new valve, because whatever fouled the old one will foul the new one.
