This is the Alliant Power AP63696, a 12cc high-pressure oil pump (HPOP) remanufactured by Alliant Power for the 2007 to 2010 International / Navistar MaxxForce DT, engine serial numbers 3,040,001 through 3,300,000. It replaces Navistar 1882258C93, 1832092C92, 1832093C2, 1879743C93 and 1879744C2, and it took over from the earlier Alliant Power number AP63686. It comes with a new injection pressure regulator (IPR) valve, Alliant Power AP63513, and the fuel supply pump.

The pump supplies the high-pressure oil that fires the injectors. Long cranking, a hot no-start, stalling and injection control pressure (ICP) that will not come up all point at the high-pressure oil system. Check for oil leaks at the hose, the rail and the injector seals before you replace the pump. This is the 12cc pump for the MaxxForce DT. The MaxxForce 9 and MaxxForce 10 take the 16cc pump, AP63697.

The pump comes with a new IPR valve and the fuel supply pump. It runs on engine oil, so fit it with clean oil and a new oil filter. Engines below serial 3,040,001 also need the updated high-pressure hose and fitting, which are not part of this pump.
