This is the Alliant Power AP63663, a high-pressure oil pump (HPOP) remanufactured by Alliant Power for the later 4.5L engines: the 2007 to 2010 International / Navistar MaxxForce 5 and the 2008 to 2010 Ford 4.5L Power Stroke in the Ford LCF. It replaces Navistar 4307327R91 and 1880313C94 and Ford 8E7Z-9A543-CRM, and it comes with a seal kit.

The pump supplies the high-pressure oil that fires the injectors. Long cranking, a hot no-start, stalling and low injection control pressure (ICP) are the usual signs of a weak pump. Oil leaks elsewhere in the high-pressure system and a sticking IPR valve cause the same complaints, so test before you replace it. The 4.5L used two pumps: the 2006 VT275 and the 2006 to 2007 Ford 4.5L LCF take AP63662, not this one.
