Alliant lists it for 2003 to 2007 Ford F Series and Excursion and 2004 to 2010 E Series with the 6.0L Power Stroke, the 2006 to 2010 Ford 4.5L LCF, and the Navistar VT365, VT275 and MaxxForce 5.
The 7.3L Power Stroke IPR valve seal kit is a different part, Alliant AP0003.
