On the 7.3L Power Stroke, Alliant lists it by engine serial number (ESN) for 1997 to 2002 F-250 to F-550, 2000 to 2002 F-650 / F-750 and Excursion, and 1995 to 2003 E Series.
It also fits early 6.0L trucks: 2003 to 2004 F Series and Excursion ESN 6,000,000 to 6,344,942 and 2004 E Series ESN 0 to 149,760, plus the Navistar T444E and the 2003 to 2004 VT365.
