2003-2010 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke & VT365 G2.8 Injector Seal Kit | Alliant Power AP0002 New
This is the Alliant Power AP0002, a new seal kit for one G2.8 injector. Alliant lists it for the Ford 6.0L and 4.5L Power Stroke and for the International VT365, VT275 and MaxxForce 5. It replaces Ford 3C3Z9229AA, Motorcraft CM5055 and International 1843682C91.
Alliant’s catalog notes that the kit includes the high-pressure oil seal. Its head gasket kits for the 6.0L list eight of these injector seal kits, one for each injector.
Alliant lists its remanufactured AP60901 injector with the chamber gasket fitted and two sealing O-rings in the box. This kit is for injectors you are taking out and refitting.
