Alliant Power AP52903 is a remanufactured Denso common-rail fuel injector for John Deere 4.5L (4045) and 6.8L (6068) PowerTech engines. It replaces John Deere RE546783, RE531210, RE530361, SE501928 and DZ100211, and Denso 095000-6320. Alliant Power lists it for machines such as the 310J, 310K, 310K EP, 310SJ and 410J backhoes, the 450J and 700J dozers, the 120D excavator, and the 5105M, 7130 and 7230 tractors.

AP52903 has a sibling, AP52902, for the same engine families. AP52902 is the Denso 095000-6310 version (John Deere RE546784, RE541425, RE531209, RE530362, SE501925). They are different parts with overlapping machine lists, so order by the number on your old injector. AP52903 is built with 100% new nozzles, end-of-line tested, and comes with its trim code, which must be programmed into the engine ECU.

Program each injector’s serial number and calibration (trim) code into the ECU. Alliant Power bulletin APTB 03/16 gives the John Deere Service Advisor steps: Tests and Calibrations, Injector Calibration, Change Information. Enter only the last five digits of the injector serial number, then leave the ignition off for 120 seconds after calibrating. Use a new installation kit (Alliant Power AP0125) and clean fuel.
