The Alliant Power AP57008 is a remanufactured fuel contamination kit for the Bobcat / Doosan D24 2.4L four-cylinder engine with Delphi common-rail injection. It replaces the whole high-pressure system at once: a remanufactured Delphi pump, four remanufactured Delphi injectors, a remanufactured high-pressure rail, the five high-pressure lines, both return lines and a fuel filter/water separator assembly. It replaces the Bobcat 7430022REM kit and is listed for the Bobcat E45 excavator, the S530, S570, S590 and S650 skid-steer loaders and the T450, T550, T590, T630 and T650 compact track loaders with the D24.

Use it when the fuel system has been contaminated, for example by DEF poured into the fuel tank or a bad load of fuel. Contamination spreads through the pump, rail and injectors, so replacing only the part that failed often leads to a repeat failure. Drain and clean the tank and flush the low-pressure side before you install the kit.

Each injector has a trim code that must be entered in the machine ECM, and the new pump may also need to be coded to the ECU. Bobcat notes its equivalent kit requires programming by an authorized Bobcat dealer and that skipping it can damage the engine, so line up dealer-level software before the machine goes back to work. The kit list shows no pump drive gear, so plan to move the gear from the old pump. Drain and clean the tank and supply lines before start-up, and use the supplied O-rings and gaskets.
