Bosch 0445124019 is a new, genuine Bosch common-rail injector for the Cummins QSB6.7 industrial engine in its Tier 4 (EU Stage IV) form. It is the Bosch part behind Cummins 5289266. Bosch’s remanufactured versions of this injector carry the numbers 0986435721 and 0986435722. Sold as one injector; the QSB6.7 uses six.
Replace when a cylinder shows hard starting, rough running, smoke or low power traced to the injector. Tier 4 common-rail injectors do not tolerate dirt or water, so replace the filters and clean the fuel system before a new injector goes in. Earlier common-rail QSB engines use different injectors, such as Bosch 0445120231 (Cummins 5263262), so match the number on the old injector.

Install with a new nozzle washer and O-ring and a clean, undamaged high-pressure connector (feed) tube. Replace the fuel filters and flush any contaminated fuel before start-up. Record the code printed on the injector; if the engine’s ECM uses injector trim data, enter it with Cummins INSITE or an equivalent service tool.
