Bosch 0445124062 is a new, genuine Bosch common-rail injector for the standard-output 6.7L Cummins (850 lb-ft rating) in 2022-2024 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups with the 68RFE automatic. It replaces Cummins 5567914 and Mopar 68568033AA. Sold as one injector; the engine uses six.
Typical reasons to replace: hard starting, rough idle, misfire or white smoke traced to an injector. Bad fuel is the usual cause of failure on these engines, so fix the source before new injectors go in. This is not the 2019-2021 injector (Bosch 0445124047) or the 2022-2024 high-output injector (Bosch 0445124071). They look alike, so check the number on the old injector.

High-output 3500 pickups (Aisin, dipstick on the driver side) use Bosch 0445124071, and 2019-2021 standard-output trucks use Bosch 0445124047. Fit a new fuel connector (feed) tube with every injector; the Bosch tube listed for 2007.5-2024 6.7L Rams is F00RC00647, sold separately. Use the new O-ring and copper washer that come with the injector. Replace the fuel filters and clean out any water or debris before start-up. Note the code printed on each injector, and follow the Ram service procedure for your VIN for any programming or relearn step after replacement.
