The Delphi 9323A350G is a new DP210 rotary injection pump (some catalogs group it with the DP200) for the Perkins 1104C-44T and the Caterpillar 3054C 4-cylinder turbo diesel at the 74.5 kW (about 100 hp) rating. It is the current Delphi number for Perkins 2644H013 and Caterpillar 236-8228 and 248-2356, and it replaces Delphi 9320A210G, 9320A211G and 9320A212G. JCB lists the same pump as 17/922300.

Catalogs list this pump for Perkins 1104C-44T powered equipment from JCB, Bobcat and AGCO / Massey Ferguson, and for Caterpillar 3054C engines. Shops replace it for hard starting, low power, smoke, fuel leaks or internal wear from water and dirt in the fuel. Several 1104C DP210 pumps look identical but are set for other ratings, so match the Perkins or Cat number on your pump plate.

Lock-timed pump. The Caterpillar 3054C procedure for the Delphi DP210: pin the engine at top center on No. 1 cylinder, compression stroke (timing pins through the camshaft gear and the crankshaft), fit the pump on a new O-ring, fit the gear and take up the backlash, then loosen the pump’s locking bolt, move the spacer under it so the bolt clears the shaft, and retighten it before the final gear nut torque. Never turn the engine with the pump shaft locked. Reconnect the timing advance solenoid and the other pump wiring, use clean fuel and new filters, and bleed the system before starting. Follow the service manual for torque values.
