Delphi EX631158 is a Delphi remanufactured F2P smart fuel injector for the PACCAR MX-13 12.9L engine built to the 2015 (MY15) EPA13 spec, used in Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks. It replaces PACCAR 2005596 (exchange 2005596PEX) and the earlier PACCAR 1993389. PACCAR describes 2005596PEX as the “MX-13 EPA13, 15B/16” injector. Delphi’s new-unit number for the same injector is BEBJ1D02001.
Delphi was the original injector supplier for the MX-13. Each remanufactured unit gets a new nozzle, NOP spring and electrical connector, is tested for leaks, injection pressure, fuel delivery and timing, and carries its own trim code. Replace for misfire, rough running, smoke, low power, hard starting or injector fault codes. PACCAR changed MX-13 injectors several times, so match the number before you order.
Confirm Fitment Before You Order
EX631145 (PACCAR 1925657, 1952045, 1972591; 2012 to 2016 MX-13) and EX631155 (PACCAR 2022949, 2047600; 2017 EPA17 MX-13) are separate Delphi parts, and MX-11 and EPA21 MX-13 injectors are different again. Program each injector’s trim code into the engine ECU with a PACCAR-capable service tool after install. Fit new body O-rings and a new copper chamber washer; do not reuse the old seals. Change the fuel filters at the same time.
