Delphi’s all makes injector brochure lists HTK131 as the seal kit for its remanufactured Volvo 12.1L D12 unit injectors, including EX631008 (Volvo 8113411, 8170998) and EX631016 (Volvo D12D, 20810168, 85000416). Its 2022 brochure also lists it for the John Deere 12.5L 6125 and 10.5L 6105 injectors EX631000 and EX631001.
One kit installs one injector, so a six-cylinder engine takes six kits.
