It fits the Kubota D1403, D1503 and D1703 3-cylinder engines (3 per engine) and the V2203 4-cylinder (4 per engine), all indirect injection. It is listed for the Kubota KX91-3 and U35 excavators, the L2600, L2900, L3010 and L3200 tractors, and the Bobcat 7753 skid steer.

These get replaced for hard starting, smoke, knock, rough idle or a failed pop test. On V2203 engines, check the number first. Kubota also used the 16454-series injector (Denso 093500-5060) on V2203 builds, and both are listed on some of the same generator and loader models.

Kubota’s 03-M workshop manual lists 13.73 to 14.70 MPa (1992 to 2133 psi) opening pressure for its IDI D1503-M, D1703-M and V2203-M engines, set with a washer inside the holder. Check the manual for your exact engine. Replace the heat seal and gasket under the injector and bleed the fuel system after installation.
