This is a new, genuine Kubota starter motor, part number 1C010-63015. It is a 12 V, 2.5 kW unit with a 9-tooth pinion for Kubota V3 Series diesels, and it is listed for the V3300 and V3800. Kubota’s workshop manual for the V3300-E2B gives the same 12 V, 2.5 kW rating for that engine’s starting motor. It is Kubota’s current replacement for starters 1C010-63010, 1C010-63013 and 1C010-63014.

Disconnect the battery before removal. Before you fit the new starter, count the pinion teeth and compare the mounting flange and terminals with the old one. Clean the mounting face and the ground path, check the flywheel ring gear for worn or chipped teeth, and tighten the mounting bolts to Kubota’s torque spec.
