Kubota Z402, Z482, Z602 & D722 Starter Motor, 12V 0.95 kW | Genuine Kubota 16853-63013
This is a new, genuine Kubota starter motor, part number 16853-63013. It is a 12 V, 0.95 kW unit for Kubota’s Super Mini engines. Kubota engine dealers list it for some builds of the Z402, Z482 and Z602 two-cylinder diesels and the D722 three-cylinder diesel, and it is listed for the Kubota K008-5 compact excavator. It is Kubota’s replacement for starters 16853-63010, 19837-63010 and 19837-63014.
Replace a starter when it clicks but will not turn, cranks slowly on a good battery, grinds on engagement, or pulls too much current. Rule out the battery, cables, grounds and the start signal first. Kubota built the Super Mini engines with more than one starter. Starter 16824-63013 is rated 1.2 kW, and the D722 also takes starters 16285-63010 and 67980-31150, so the engine model alone is not enough to order by.
Confirm Fitment Before You Order
