FASS says this is a fuel system only and must be used with the factory fuel filter. The kit includes a bulkhead fitting and suction tube, plus mounting hardware. The FASS install manual also lists 1998.5 to 2004 Dodge Cummins 5.9L trucks that have an in-tank lift pump conversion. On 2003 and 2004 trucks it needs the FP1001 plate.
