This is a new, genuine Kubota 1J800-42500 tube assembly. Kubota lists it as the overflow tube in the injector and glow plug group of its 4-cylinder common-rail engine, the V2403-CR. It carries leak-off fuel from the four injectors back to the fuel return. Kubota parts catalogs list it on L4060, L47, L4701, L4760, L5060, L5460 and L6060 tractors, MX4800, MX5200, MX5400, MX5800 and MX6000 tractors, and the M5660SUH, M5660SUHD and M62.

Replace it when the hoses are hard, cracked or weeping fuel at the injector tops, or when fittings are damaged during injector work. It is a low-pressure return line, not an injection pipe. The 3-cylinder D1803-CR is not listed for this tube, and some V2403-CR machines that share the same injection pipes (L4802, MX4900, KX040-4, U48-5, R430) are not listed for it either.
