This is the Alliant Power AP63814BP, a new HEUI fuel injector, not a rebuild, for the BP code International DT466E Transit, 2000 and later, and for the Detroit Diesel Series 40E 7.6L of the same years. It replaces Navistar 1836250C1, 1836251C91, 1836252C91 and 1836253C1, and it comes with new seals and a chamber gasket.

BP is a different injector from the BI code used on other DT466 engines of those years, so match the code before you order. Injectors on these engines are replaced for hard starting, a miss, white smoke on a cold start, low power or a cylinder contribution fault. HEUI injectors are fired by engine oil pressure, which means low oil, dirty oil or a weak high-pressure oil system gives the same symptoms. Check those first. The engine takes six injectors.
