This is a new, genuine Kubota fuel injector, part number EG522-44020. It is a gasoline injector for Kubota WG series spark-ignition engines, not a diesel injector. Kubota’s illustrated parts lists and Kubota engine dealers put it on the three-cylinder WG972 and WG1903 and on the four-cylinder WG1605 and WG2503, one injector per cylinder.

Relieve fuel pressure and disconnect the battery before you open the fuel system. Kubota’s parts lists show each injector held to the delivery pipe or fuel rail by a separate stopper clip, and the clip number differs by build, so reuse yours only if it is tight and undamaged. Make sure the plug clicks home, and check for fuel leaks with the key on before you start the engine.
