This is the Alliant Power AP63467, a new engine oil cooler for the Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins. It covers the B-Series 12-valve and the 24-valve ISB that runs the VP44 injection pump, model years 1993 to 2002. It replaces Cummins 3921558 and 3957544 and Mopar 4713985AB.

The cooler is the plate element that sits behind the oil filter head on the side of the block. Oil in the coolant, coolant in the oil, or an oil leak at the filter head are the usual reasons to change it. It is not the same cooler as the Ford 7.3L part, AP63452, or the Ford 6.0L part, AP63451, and it is not listed for the 2003 and later common-rail 5.9L.
