This is the Alliant Power AP63452, a new engine oil cooler for the 1994 to 2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke in the F-Series, E-Series and Excursion, and for the International T444E of the same years. It replaces Ford 1C3Z6A642AA and International 1815904C2. It is the cooler only. The AP0004 engine oil cooler O-ring and gasket kit is needed to install it and is not in the box.

On the 7.3L the cooler sits along the driver side of the block between two headers. Most are replaced for an oil leak at the headers, or for oil in the coolant or coolant in the oil when the bundle fails inside. If yours only leaks at the header O-rings, the gasket kit alone may be all you need. This is a different part from the 6.0L Power Stroke oil cooler, which is Alliant Power AP63451.

Fit new header O-rings and gaskets from the AP0004 kit, since the old ones will not seal again. Drain the coolant and the oil filter housing first, then change the oil and filter and refill with clean coolant. If the old cooler mixed oil and coolant, flush the cooling system before you run the engine.
