It is a complete nozzle and holder assembly built on the Bosch KBAL105P18 holder, not a bare nozzle and not a rebuild. It replaces Cummins 3908507, 3908508, 3802097 and 3920526, Case J908507 and CNH / Fiat 75208927. Catalogs also cross it to Case A77622. Case and Case IH parts books list it for the 721, 721B, 821 and 821B wheel loaders, the 9040 and 9040B excavators, the 1550 dozer, Magnum 7110, 7120, 7130, 7210, 7220 and 7230 tractors, Axial-Flow 1660, 1666 and 2166 combines and Steiger 9110 and 9210 tractors. Bosch sets the opening pressure at 205 to 219 bar. A worn nozzle shows up as black smoke under load, a rough idle, fuel knock, hard starting or fuel in the oil. Replace them as a set of six so the cylinders stay balanced. Several of these machines changed injectors during production: parts books for the 721B, 821B, 9040B, 2166, 7220 and 7230 also list a later injector, Case J930525 (Bosch 0432191595), which opens at 260 to 274 bar. Go by the number on the old injector, not by the machine model alone.
