Bosch 0445110193 is a new Bosch common-rail injector, not a rebuild, for the 2005 and 2006 Mercedes-Benz E320 CDI with the 3.2L inline six OM648 diesel. It replaces Mercedes-Benz A6480700387. Sold as one injector; the engine takes six.

The remanufactured version of this injector is Bosch 0986435127, and both fit the same cars. This is the inline six injector. The 2007 and newer E320 diesel has the 3.0L V6 (OM642) and takes a different injector, so order by engine. These injectors carry a classification code that has to be entered in the engine computer when they are fitted. Hard starting, a rough idle, a miss or smoke are the usual reasons they get replaced, and dirty or watered fuel is the usual cause.
