This is the Garrett 734852-5009S, a new GT3571VA variable vane turbocharger for the International VT365, the medium duty 6.0L V8. Catalogs list it for 2004 to 2007 International trucks with the VT365 and for the 2005 to 2007 Ford F-650 and F-750 with the 6.0L Power Stroke, which is the same engine. It replaces International 1856152C91, 1844127C91 and 1846768C91 and Ford 5C4Z-6K682-BA. The Garrett remanufactured version is 734852-9009.
This is not the turbo for the F-250 to F-550 Super Duty 6.0L. Those trucks take the Garrett GT3782VA, a different turbo. Sticking vanes, slow spool, low boost and oil in the intake are the usual reasons a 6.0L turbo comes off. Check the oil feed, the drain tube and the EGR system before the new one goes on.
