Bosch F00RL00143 is the new right bank (passenger side) high-pressure fuel rail for the 2006 to 2010 GM 6.6L Duramax, the LBZ (2006 to 2007) and the LMM (2007.5 to 2010). It replaces GM 97361352 and ACDelco 217-2432. It fits Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500 trucks, and the Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vans with the 6.6L diesel.
The right rail is the one that carries the rail pressure sensor, and sellers list this rail with the sensor fitted. Shops replace a rail when it leaks at a fitting or when the fuel system has been contaminated, so debris does not reach new injectors. The left bank rail for the same engines is Bosch F00RL00129. The 2004.5 to 2005 LLY rails (F00R001512 and F00R001505) and the 2011 to 2016 LML rails (F00RL00591 and F00RL01027) are different parts and do not interchange with this one.
Confirm Fitment Before You Order
This rail is for 2006 to 2010 LBZ and LMM engines only, right bank. A 2006 truck can still carry the late LLY engine code, and GM’s catalog lists some 2010 Express and Savana vans under the 2011 to 2016 rails as well. Send us the VIN and the number off your old rail (F 00R L00 143 or GM 97361352) before you order. Call 530-668-0818 and we will confirm the exact match at no charge before anything ships.

Fits / Applications
- Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and 3500, 2006 to 2010, 6.6L Duramax LBZ and LMM
- GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500, 2006 to 2010, 6.6L Duramax LBZ and LMM
- Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana, 2007 to 2010, 6.6L Duramax
- Right bank (passenger side) only. The left bank rail is Bosch F00RL00129.
- Does not fit 2001 to 2005 LB7 and LLY or 2011 and newer LML and L5P engines
Cap every open line and port while the rail is off, and keep dirt out of the high-pressure side. If the rail is being changed after a fuel contamination failure, replace the left rail and the high-pressure lines at the same time and flush the system, or the new parts will be contaminated again.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which side of the engine does the F00RL00143 fit?
It is the right bank rail, the passenger side on these trucks. The left bank (driver side) rail for the same engines is Bosch F00RL00129.
Will it fit my 2005 LLY or my 2011 LML Duramax?
No. It covers the 2006 to 2010 LBZ and LMM only. The 2004.5 to 2005 LLY takes Bosch F00R001512 on the right side and the 2011 to 2016 LML takes F00RL00591.
What numbers does it replace?
GM 97361352 and ACDelco 217-2432. The rail itself is marked F 00R L00 143.
Is it new, and do I send my old rail back?
It is a new Bosch rail, not remanufactured, so there is no core to send back. If you are not sure it matches your engine, call 530-668-0818 with the VIN.
