It replaces Cummins 4983514 and 5256034 and Mopar 68210512AA. Bosch’s remanufactured version of the same injector is 0986435573. Catalogs also list it for 2010 to 2018 Cummins ISB 6.7 mid-range truck and bus engines that take those same Cummins numbers.
Hard starting, white smoke, a miss or a ticking noise that traces back to one cylinder are the usual reasons an injector gets replaced.
