This is the Alliant Power AP0014, a new valve cover gasket kit. Alliant lists it for the 1998 to 2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke in the F-Series, Excursion and E-Series, and for the 1998 to 2003 International T444E. It replaces Ford F81Z6584AA and International 1826703C1.
The kit is a package of two gaskets. Alliant says to use it with its AP63413 internal injector harness.
